Q.Shipping Port
For shipment, we accept Taiwan, Yantian port in Shenzhen and Huangpu port in Guangzhou China.
We have 3 options for clients.
Q.Shipping terms?
Usually, we accept “FOB” and “EXW” terms.
For other shipping terms, please feel free to ask us, we will do our best for you.
Q.OEM available?
We can help our customers to open the mold and customized products.
Please inform us your ideas and send us your logo. We will help you to make it.
We would absorb the mold cost if your QTY is big or we like your idea. It is
flexible.

Q.Payment Term?
We accept both T/T and L/C payment term.
However, we will add extra L/C fee if you want open L/C, please kindly understand.
Q.Lead Time?
Normally our lead time is about 30 days; we can make it shorter if we have stocks. Final delivery time will be subject to your quantity and season. We surely will try our best to work for you.
Q.What is the MOQ?
We are a big wholesale in China and Taiwan for many chain stores, so we have existing items for most of the products. In order to help your business, and start our relationship, we can accept one carton for each item (based on our existing items and color). However, total amount need to over USD$5000 or add extra handling fee USD$200. We hope we can help you to get more orders.
Q.When will customer get price?
Email us your enquiry or ask us online, state your specification (product, material, size, quantity etc.). We usually quote within 24 hours.
Please call us or inform your email when it is urgent, we will quote for you as soon as we can.
Q.Free samples?
We are happy to offer samples if our customers need. Of course we like to provide samples for you.
However, sample charge will be required and freight collected.
Sample charge is refundable after order placed and the quantity reaches the
requirement.
Freight depends on the weight, packing size, destination. Delivery carriers are DHL, FEDEX, UPS or EMS.
